Ondřej Rosendorf
Postdoctoral Researcher
Ondřej Rosendorf is a researcher at the Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy at the University of Hamburg (IFSH) and the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University. He is also affiliated with the Peace Research Center Prague (PRCP), where he is a member of the ERC–funded MICROCODE project.
Research focus
He earned his Ph.D. in International Relations from Charles University in Prague. His research examines public and elite attitudes toward the use of military force, emerging and disruptive technologies, and alliance politics.
In his research, Ondřej Rosendorf focuses on preventive arms control and military innovation, with an empirical focus on autonomous weapon systems, and international cooperation, with an empirical focus on strategic partnerships. His work has appeared in leading peer-reviewed journals, most recently in the European Journal of International Relations, Research & Politics, and Security Studies.
